Our goal
The OCT uses low-intensity infra-red light to provide a 3D image of the back of the eye. It is similar to using ultrasound and creates an image similar to that of a MRI or CT scan. The scan takes only seconds to acquire an image, and it is totally painless. Thanks to this 3D scan, our eye doctor will get an unprecedented view into the inner layers of your eye to detect any abnormalities or indications of disease even before these manifest as apparent symptoms.
